At Brown and Cold, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item(s).

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, including final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

Damaged or Defective Items
