At Brown and Cold, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item(s).
Refund Eligibility

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items, including final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund

- Return Instructions: We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
